Seller terms

Version 2026-10-22. These add to our site terms.

1. I own or have the rights to everything I list. My work is original or properly licensed.
2. My listings do not infringe anyone's trademark, copyright or other rights, and are not counterfeits, replicas or unofficial fan merchandise of protected brands or characters.
3. I only list legal products or services, nothing on the platform's prohibited list or Crusader Empire Enterprises' blocked categories (weapons, drugs, adult content, gambling, regulated financial or health claims, counterfeits, or anything illegal where I or my buyers are).
4. I consent to Crusader Empire Enterprises promoting my listings on its website and in its own marketing, using its affiliate or tracking links, and I set the commission shown.
5. Promotion pauses automatically if the affiliate or tracking link stops working or is removed, and listings can be removed if they break these terms. Where my platform does not pay affiliates for me (for example Payhip), I pay the agreed commission from the platform's affiliate report.

We never email or message sellers or buyers to market anything. We can't see sales made on your platform; commissions are recorded and paid by the platform (or by you, where the platform requires it). You can delete your profile at any time from your seller page.
